Returns

  • Unorthodox has a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

  • Please refer to size chart before purchasing apparel.
 
  • Exchanges only or store credit once item has been approved for return. Item must be in the same condition as shipped, meaning unworn, and tags still in place, in its original packaging.
 
  • For Safety and Sanity reasons, swimwear and jewelry cannot be returned.
 
  • If  apparel return is approved a shipping label will be sent to you as well as instructions for your return. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted. You can always contact about returns at Lisaceo@unorthodoxclothing.net

​Shipping​

  • ​All items are inspected to make sure there are no damages to the product before shipping.
 
  • If there is a situation where jewelry or clothing is damaged, please contact us immediately to ensure that we can resolve the issue in a timely manner!
 
  • Our mission is to satisfy the customer, and to provide quality, and customer satisfaction!
 
  • A fee will be charged for all shipments outside of the US.
 
  • Please allow 2 business days for processing order, and 3-7 business days for delivery within the US. 1-2 weeks for delivery outside the US.
